This midcentury wall desk is like a mini Cado wall system — perfect for small budgets and small spaces. It would be perfect for fitting a little office or work area into a corner of your living room, bedroom or den. Currently on sale for $559.
While vintage headboards/footboards in sizes like twin, full and queen are relatively easy to come by, finding a king sized model can be a bit more challenging. This Mid-Century bed frame from West Elm is available in king size and is a nice option that would look right at home with a collection of vintage furniture.
3. Mid-Century Modern Nightstand
Sometimes it is difficult to find a matched set of nightstands for your midcentury bedroom, so it is good to have a readily available option that looks like it could be a vintage original.
4. Mid-Century Turned Leg Standing Planters
Can anyone ever have too many planters? We love these ceramic planters on tapered wood legs — especially since they come in soft pastel colors like pink and aqua blue!
5. Iris Planter + Chevron Stand
Another great planter with a decidedly retro look, the Iris planter with stand — which we’d call more of a hairpin leg than a chevron — would fit right in on a vintage style patio.
6. Mid-Century Geo Ceramic Vases
This trio of vases look a bit Bitossi — don’t you think? Hey, one of them even comes in blue!
These midcentury inspired head vases are oh-so-cute and look Bitossi inspired as well. It is hard not to smile when you look at them — how’s that for midcentury optimism? There are mugs and bowls, too!
If you are a fan of Blenko glassware but not the steep prices, these colorful Blenko-esque bottles might just do the trick. They come in bright blue and orange, too!
9. Curved Diamond Monte Mirror
The shape of this decorative mirror reminds me of a design you’d find in midcentury homes — either wall plaques or perhaps even windows in the front door. A trio of them arranged on a wall would make an instant ‘art piece.’
Here’s another fabulous furniture find — this midcentury styled recliner. It may be easy to find vintage chairs, but recliners — especially those that don’t need reupholstering — can be harder to find vintage. This classic chair would fit in well in any midcentury styled home.
